淺談另類投資

對於私募股權來說，首先，私募股權投資市場上有著公開市場無法獲得的投資機會，例如現在越來越多的公司更傾向於私有化, 私募股權投資基金管理人可合法獲取非公開信息等；其次，與上市公司相比較，私募股權行業的上中下游，投資管理人、投資者和被投資公司管理層之間存在高度的利益一致性， 而且，私募股權投資基金對投資的公司有極強的控制和影響力，使得被投資公司更能夠朝著對投資者有利的方向發展；最後，私募股權長期回報明顯優於上市公司的股票回報。在過去30年中，美國以併購為代表的私募股權平均為投資者帶來了13.1％的年化淨回報，而以S&P 500為代表的的二級市場收益則為年化8.1％，相比之下二者的回報相差甚遠。
